By engaging BH Management Consultancy LLC-FZ ("BH", "we", "our") for any services, or by submitting an enquiry through our website, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any engagement.
These Terms apply to all advisory, formation, compliance, visa, accounting, and facility coordination services provided by BH Management Consultancy LLC-FZ.
BH provides corporate advisory, company formation, compliance management, visa coordination, accounting, and facility solution services in the UAE. The specific services to be provided, and their scope, are defined in the engagement confirmation or service agreement issued to the Client.
BH acts as an intermediary and facilitator between the Client and UAE government authorities, free zone operators, and other third-party service providers. We do not guarantee specific outcomes that are dependent on decisions made by government authorities or third parties beyond our control.
The information on our website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, financial, or immigration advice.
Service fees are outlined in the engagement confirmation provided prior to commencement. Fees are exclusive of UAE government fees, free zone authority charges, third-party costs, and other disbursements unless expressly stated otherwise.
Government and authority fees are subject to change without prior notice and are passed through to the Client at cost. BH will notify the Client of any material changes where practical.
Payment is required in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the engagement confirmation. Services will not be initiated or continued where fees are outstanding.
Fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable. Fees paid in advance for services not yet commenced may be refunded at BH's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
The Client is responsible for:
BH accepts no liability for delays, rejections, or complications arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client, or from the Client's failure to cooperate in a timely manner.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BH's total liability to the Client in connection with any services shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
BH shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, even if BH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
BH is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by UAE government authority decisions, system downtime, regulatory changes, force majeure, or circumstances outside BH's reasonable control.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and documents — is the property of BH Management Consultancy LLC-FZ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part may be reproduced without prior written permission.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all non-public information disclosed in connection with the engagement. BH will not disclose Client information to any third party except as required to deliver the agreed services, comply with UAE law, or as expressly authorised by the Client.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Where parties wish to resolve a dispute by alternative means, BH is open to mediation as a first step before formal proceedings.
