Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my company subject to UAE corporate tax?
The UAE introduced a 9% corporate tax effective June 2023. Qualifying free zone companies may be eligible for a 0% rate on qualifying income, subject to meeting certain substance and income conditions. We assess your position and advise on registration and compliance obligations.
Do I need to register for VAT?
VAT registration is mandatory if your taxable turnover exceeds AED 375,000 per year. Voluntary registration is available above AED 187,500. We assess your VAT position and handle registration, return filing, and any amendments.
