Which facility type gives me the most visa allocations?

Private offices offer the highest visa allocation — typically 6 to 14 visas depending on the office size (5.5 SQM to 26+ SQM). Dedicated desks allow up to 6 visa allocations. Flexi-desks and shared offices typically include 1–2. We match the facility type to your actual headcount needs from the outset.

Can I upgrade my facility after setup?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your facility type at any renewal point. Moving from a flexi-desk to a private office, for example, increases your visa allocation and enhances your professional setup. We manage the upgrade process and prepare the updated lease agreement.

Is the business address usable on official documents, banking, and government filings?

Yes. The address at our free zone business centre is a fully valid UAE business address that can be used on your license, bank account applications, government filings, invoices, and correspondence. It is not a virtual office — it is a real, licensed registered address within a fully operational business centre.

Do I need a physical office to open a UAE bank account?

A registered business address (which even a flexi-desk provides) is generally acceptable for most UAE bank account applications. Some banks may request a private office lease for higher-tier accounts or larger transaction volumes. We advise on the facility tier most appropriate for your banking intentions during the initial consultation.
